KIT ACRYL FILLER - High quality acrylic Filler 2K with Spray Gun included. A professional kit to apply a layer of the best 2k Filler before the layer of bodywork paint.
The Filler is two-component and works with ST (solid thinner) Technology, so that it has the high quality of "high solid" for the application. The Spray Gun is our easy-to-use and very useful Professional Portable Sprayer: to know something more about it, look at this article.
Acryl Filler is also a polyfunctional Filler, because according to how much product is applied in every layer, it can be used as: High filling Filler, Normal Filler or Insulating. To be applied with our Spray Gun is recommended to be used with the dose of Normal Filler or Insulating. For the instructions to prepare the 3 kinds of mixture, look at Technical Details below.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Acryl Filler is a two-component filler so it has to be activated with its catalyst (included in the package). The ratio is volume 100:20 (20 is the catalyst). Obviously, buying this Kit you will apply the filler using the Spray Gun included, so you should dilute the mixture with polyurethane thinner (included). For the quantities and mixture length, look at Technical Details. In any way you use the filler, apply always two coats.
Drying time for High filling Filler, Normal Filler and Insulating are respectively: at 20°C 6 hours, 4-5 hours and 2 hours; at 60°C 30 minutes, 25-30 minutes and 25 minutes.
Even though the acrylic filler has got an excellent adhesion to sheet, we would recommend the application on anticorrosive primers to obtain an excellent anticorrosive protection.
It can be oversprayed on every kind of enamel for bodywork. Being light grey, in some cases it is necessary to apply on it one coat of paint with a similar colour to the final paint you will use, especially if your final paint is pearly, because pearl colours do not have a good hiding power. But the very light colour of this acrylic filler makes it suitable for almost every paint.
