Product Description

The two-component epoxy primer is an excellent insulator against erosion caused by atmospheric agents or other aggressive substances. Suitable for all difficult surfaces such as galvanized sheets, iron, light alloys and aluminium. It is a product that can be used both for vehicles and for industrial machines, as it is resistant to all chemical, acid or corrosive substances.

The article includes: 100 ml epoxy primer, catalyst, epoxy thinner, 1 measuring cup.

method of use: There are two ways to apply the epoxy primer: by spray, brush or roller. Before using it, start work in a well-ventilated area and use the necessary protection, such as our valve masks. Being a bulk two-component primer, it is important to activate by mixing the catalyst correctly only at the time of use, according to the quantities indicated in the technical indications.
Dilute with epoxy thinner, according to your needs

advice: A higher dilution is recommended in the case of application with a Spray Gun.

NB: Do not apply at ambient temperatures below 10-12°C or with relative humidity above 80%.
We can prepare the epoxy primer in all RAL colours, so if you want it in a color other than the standard light gray just write it in the order notes.

Finishing: Light Grey.
Dry film thickness: 60-70 microns.
Yield (m2/kg): 5-6.

Drying times at 20°C:
Dust dry: 25 min
Dry to the touch : 60 min
Deep dry : 24 hours
Oven drying: 60 minutes at 50°C.
