The country selection on the website was in Italian, which was okay but would have been clearer if it also showed the country in English (or local language). I thought I entered the wrong country (the Netherlands) until I looked it up. :-)

Les produits sont excellents, malheureusement pour l'export la TVA est assez élevée, à laquelle s'ajoutent les frais de transports... Donc vous avez intérêt à commander plus de 2/3 bricoles ! Products are excellent but for export the VAT is already high and we have to add expedition costs : you'd better order more than a few things!
